Do I need an official ADHD diagnosis?

No. Many clients identify with ADHD-related challenges disorganization, overthinking, difficulty executing without a formal diagnosis. If the struggles resonate, this program is likely a fit.

How is this different from therapy?

Coaching is forward-focused and action-oriented. We're not exploring the past. We're building practical tools and systems for how you want to operate from here.

What does a session actually look like?

How often do we meet?

Once per week for 8 consecutive weeks. Consistency is part of how the program works. Each session builds on the last.

What happens after the 8 weeks?
